Chapter 13, Shame disturbs do your upmost not to feel it and not to bring it upon others.

Chapter 12, There is no loving without healing, and healing opens the way for one to grow up and start to understand what love is beyond what we are taught in youth.

Chapter 11 was more of a remembrance of what I have learned with some reinforcement and additions to what i lacked, Death is forever present so think of life and love thinking of life.

The key element of chapter 9 didn’t necessarily resonate with me but, what is important is me maintaining the mindset I have as it’s how I believe love should be seen not in power but in connection.

Chapter 9, be grateful for the “community” we have fostered no matter what it may come through family, friends, coworkers, even pets. Be grateful for it all and work to enhance and keep the relationships full of love and not deceit as that is what helps you live a loving life.

chapter 7 was the most thought provoking and implemented the most self analyzation within myself in the space of greed, and man is this a good read if your capable of picking yourself apart.

My biggest takeaway from chapter 6 was you can’t experience love living in fear, your mind will never allow it to be love truly, and to consume what you want to experience which i’ve been doing but a restatement with a deeper elaboration opened my eyes to the possibility of it not just being a violent aspect but in all regards in terms of emotion.

we should all strive to view each-other past anything but our capability to love and be loved.

Chapter four spoke heavily on self love but it made me question the values of how i love and whether my love is conditional or transactional, and made me wary of the overconfidence or arrogance that comes with how i love my self

Chapter Three to me may end up being a recurring read as truth and honesty in all areas is so essential in being able to love but not only that the power of lies in each persons creation of self is so dangerous that its important to have a reminder to why we shouldn’t let ourselves get trapped in deception.
