They’re trying to terraform the planet? And they’re still going after 500 years? Also, Greves was the head of the astrocommumications department. Who are they communicating with? Aliens? Humans on other planets? Earth? What happened to Earth? If everybody is shouting ‘fuck Earth’ as the staff ‘retire’, surely they can’t be waiting to hear from the Earth.

Oh. I understand. When they get fired, they die. Loren said that he chose to resign and to not be a burden, and there’s some date and event and Isako gave him. I’m assuming it’s an execution. I hope it’s humane.
