The most insufferable fmc I’ve ever read about. Will not be continuing this book for now and god it was one of my most anticipated reads for this year.

On basically every single page there’s a reminder that her parents are dead. (You find that out a few pages in) but omg I’m so so sorry they’re dead but I don’t need to keep being reminded!! Move on with the story 🫩
Is this worth finishing I don’t need to be in a reading slump again 😬

She’s interacted with 3 males so far and for 2 of them almost the first things she says about them are how attractive they are or how they’re not her type. I’m annoyed.

I’m disliking the fmc rn and I’m only 16 pages in 😹
