Alright alright. They’re setting up Faction Wars to seem like shit is about to get real and hit the fan. But these books have done this before and the level of chaos just always stays the same (even though it’s peak) how do we get more peak from here?

I’m not even glazing. There’s only one thing to say, and it’s Holy. Freaking. Cinema.

I wish they’d spend more time on the drama out of the dungeon, it makes it confusing how they only briefly discuss it then don’t come back to it for another 200 pages. The last one’s payoff wasn’t nearly as satisfying as it should’ve been
