I think chapter two does a good job of describing how to set your intentions in your environment. Pastor Chris played instrumental music, read the word of god, used a guide, and then prays. Recommends finding whatever works for you to help you connect with god in prayer. Rather it’s a place or a clothing item. Despite it all, pray anyway.
