Mother's of faith group read. Reading this book AFTER years of therapy really makes me want to go back and hug my newly postpartum self as a first time mom. My past self is relating to so many old anxieties and struggles and my present self is so proud of how far we have come in motherhood and faith. I am especially enjoying the corresponding bible passages to take a deeper study on our identity in Christ
