Why does nearly every chapter end with barely any new action at all, leaving everything on a cliffhanger. Except for Asha’s, where everything is shoved down the throat instead and it still manages to leave things on a cliffhanger.

I don’t think introducing a brand new character with a better claim to the throne than Daenerys’s was the best idea, but that might be just me.
