After listening to half the I have learned a lot of things. Living in the middle of the US during the summer is not very nice. The real temperature the other day, was 38C. Adding the humidity made it feel like 42..

When we get hot we sweat to cool down our skin. When it's this humid, it doesn't cool us down. I've never thought of why it feels so bad, now I know. It feels like staying in a greenhouse.

The book is great but we don't need to hear about people's shaggy hair or green shoes! He tells us about what happened to different people. Maybe it was to lighten up the depressing facts, I don't know.
