I’m finally out of my reading slump, and apparently I put this book down just before it got good.
So now I’m deeply invested again lmao

Someone told me that I should stick to it and hold on, because the ending is worth it.
But like, I want to be rewarded BEFORE that?
I guess I’ll keep going, but it better be freaking worth it

Still feels like I’m trudging through quicksand… I do really want to know the story and what’s actually going, and so I continue to read - but I have been skimming pages already because there’s SO MUCH INNER MONOLOGUE and pointless re-caps and digressions of stupidity.
GET TO THE POINT.

I was browsing the library today and it was on the shelf although it said online there was a 5 week wait. So I got to grab it early! Did a happy dance with a silent happy shriek and everything right there amidst the shelves 😆
