Status Update

I feel like I'm still waiting for the story to start. We're just sort of following the characters around and very slowly moving towards solving the mystery of the stolen little girl. But before that we need to know (over and over again) what type of women the dad likes to cheat with. Or how the MC doesn't like her powers but will use them. I get it. Can we have a plot now?
