Book has been great (for information, what BC did is wrong) so far. I've learnt lots, and it's shocking the wrongs done in BCs colonial history, even by standards of colonialism at the time. It also touches on, but I wish explored a bit more, the roles and responsibilities of the Dominion and the Province. It's weird how a lot of similar "reasons" to not make treaties is the same as today...
