The pacing is choppy and while some of these chapters are supposed to feel like seperate tidbits that flow into a larger narrative, it again just feels like I’m going through the videos on someone’s TikTok account. Also the perspectives shown are very limited to the writer herself and research into certain topics, especially religious and non western ideas is very limited and sometimes incorrect

Feels like the author could have done better. A very basic overview and very digestible for a beginner. However you can tell the book is written in chapters that seem like short form video scripts for TikTok. I felt that I would rather read the excerpts quotes than the book itself. Not bad but could be better.
