the fact that christopher nolan is considered one of the greatest film directors yet not a single on of his movies passes the bechdel-test pisses me off so much. Also the odyssey was probably one of the most important books if we talk about women representation and feminism in ancient literature and Nolan still made it only about men.

this is a world made by men, for men. women directors hardly ever get the recognition they deserve

Agreed! But abt Ryan gosling getting the award for Barbie 100 percent it’s counterintuitive and defeats the purpose of the entire movie- but ken was so funny and I loved in just Ken. TBH they both should’ve won awards
