rereading this exactly 3 years later (to the day) and this is still one of my favorite books of all time. yes it's slightly trashy, but it toes the line of litfic due to the nature of the characters. it seems like my interests are very much in the realm of "late in life gay men rediscovering themselves" and as a 25 year old man i don't know that i have any business here lol
