Th Holy Spirit has been clearly present all throughout Scripture, slowly moving back to Eden, where He indwelled His people.
His ministry is intertwined with the word of God, not against it. We can and are meant to have Spirit and Scripture, not one or the other (which is much how many modern churches operate).

Spiritual health is closing the gap between the pages of Scripture and our lives. The way we experience this closure is through the Holy Spirit, the experiential enactor of the Trinity. It is important to know about/understand the Holy Spirit and to experience the Holy Spirit.
