Finished Part 1: Jude needs to lock in. Although he doesn't really want Arabella, he finds himself so enthralled with her that he puts aside his studies and passions to chase her down. After Arabella entraps him into marriage, he realizes his mistake and they quickly grow tired of one another and separate. My thoughts: good relationships and your passions should go hand in hand and are not mutually exclusive.
