Ana It’s been engaging so far. Just finished Chapter 8: The Prisoner’s Dilemma. I compared prison gerrymandering to the Three-Fifths Compromise. As usual, Govt is Slow aF just letting these people slide with things. 🤨

I’m glad states are implementing solutions like The No Representation Without Population Act.

“The No Representation Without Population Act is a state law designed to stop prison gerrymandering. It requires states to count incarcerated individuals at their home addresses rather than at the location of the prison when drawing legislative voting districts."
