Goodreads won’t let me leave a review or rate Crown me Yours? Is this happening to anyone else?

I just "liked" a friend's review just to see if it works, and it does. I also did a test review and it took it, so I deleted it since I've not read it. Try refreshing page & logging in & out of GR. This happened to me too last week and it worked.
