The challenge of this Ch is the 40% rule, which many people seem to like the most. Goggins finished Hurt 100 9th overall and Badwater 5th overall. The heat didn't bother Goggins as much as the other runners since Goggins heat-trained. Goggins studied Badwater and trained for this race.

Ch.6 Goggins running his first 100-miler. It explains why he was doing it, for his Warrior Foundation to run Badwater 135 ultimately, but Chris Kostman wasn't having it with Goggins and made him run these ultras with no training to sign up for Badwater. Goggins ran 101 miles to make sure he finished 100 miles under 24H, in 18H 56M. Explains the worst tragedy in seal history after Goggins completed parachute school.

Just wrapped up “Leadership Strategy and Tactics” field manual by Jocko Willink.
I have already read “Can't Hurt Me” by David Goggins about a year or two ago in Greece.
I wish to complete the “Staff Shelves” reading challenge by reading one of the staff recommendations between July 1 and Sept. 14.
Challenge accepted.
This is my all-time favorite book.
I need a refresher.
