I really like the main character here. It’s refreshing for the heroine to be overly tall for a girl, not gorgeous perfection, and completely comfortable with it because she likes who she is in a ‘hey this is reality what can you do?’ kind of way. Also I really love the thought approach to finding antidotes to poison in a world where medieval humoralism is the science she is working in.
