I love Nettle so much! She said 'stop being so gullible' to Fitz and I died I feel like she got the best parts of Burrich and Molly. I hate that Fitz wasnt a part of her childhood. I love how real Hobb makes her characters, they aren't perfect and they stumble back into bad habits and even though it's so frustrating as readers, its so authentic to real life. Just because its fantasy doesn't mean problems disappear

idk how I feel about Fitz letting Burrich know now that he's alive. It feels very anticlimactic to me? He kept it secret for almost 20 years and now he sends a secret code to let him know that his son is safe with him? I don't know, I guess I get it, he wants to reassure him
