Ned Landers is hilarious and is worth an entire star.
Most of this book is a rundown of the crew's voyages as they name the taxonomy of the wildlife then proceeds to eat it and declare it delectable. The other part is how the submarine and electricity work.
I can respect it as the trailblazer it is and see how tropes were stood up. But i'm looking forward to finishing and crossing it off. I'm reading at x2 speed.
