I have been making the slowest progress imagineable in this for years, but I love it so much. The discussion of data around economic growth near the start was enlightening, especially the explanation of education and healthcare as essentially emergent industries absorbing vast swathes of new consumption. I did also particularly enjoy the brief discussion about lack of inflation wrt Jane Austen's settings.
