Ignore all my updates about what page I’m on I care more about accurate percentages being shown and the one I put in for the correct page number (168/233) was showing up as 92% and that bothered me. ANYWAY wow this is not at all what I expected and I like it! I haven’t ready anything of Shirley jackson since middle school so this is like a crazy reintroduction to her style and humor and ability to unsettle 🩷
