good book. first half felt like a silly, goofy, dumb story (in a good way) reading abt rich prep boys. didn't think a multi pov of 5 characters was necessary bc didn't alway add to plot and it's why i felt the beginning middle half of book was kinda slow since nothing was happening. didn't love the third act breakup but saw why it was needed for plot (so rj and casey would meet)

enjoyed the second half of book much more. liked how the brother relationship developed with rj and fenn. was wondering why rj/sloane didn't blame silas for being reason rj found out the secret. silas just set up in the book to try to drive rj and sloane apart. cliff hanger at the end wasn't surprising bc of next book in series foreshadows it. great book for a silly time but like too much happening romance n mystery
