Most amazing read. This book is set in 1970 in Yellowknife nwt canada. The time is a lazy summer in the far north of Canada when the idea of the Mackenzie pipeline is whether to go through the dense lands of the undeveloped northern territories. The locals are a mixture of indigenous and people from the southern parts of Canada and beyond. Truly enjoying this novel so will take my time with it.
