to me it depends on what i'm thinking about, for example if i'm thinking about school i'm thinking in english, since my school is english, but if i'm thinking about stuff that happens at home i'm thinking in russian. hope this makes sense, and this is SUCH an interesting question!!!! i'm sure others might have different answers lmao <33333

but normally when i will randomly switch for a week like when im doing french course or staying inna french place or hanging out with my french friends ill start thinking in french idk its lowk two different mindsets for me cuz when im fully french french is easy for me but when i think in english and try and speak french i lowk lag

i think mostly in english probably because of social media being all in english. there’s usually a switch tho, if i’m talking to someone in polish, then i think in polish. a lot of the times i forget a word in either of the languages (😭) and then i would just randomly think of that word in another language…

I think mostly in my second language, English, which is KINDA my second, because I only moved to an English-speaking country when i was 5 or 6, so I did learn both Hindi and Punjabi as a toddler. UMMMM, idk gng, in my head, its hard. because some phrases or words just DON'T EXIST in other languages. Like I just can't say them, so i find myself thinking in that and then having to stutter through my conversations.

i’m bilingual (spanish and english, also learning french) but i usually only think in english. i don’t speak at home and don’t have anywhere to speak it other than school so yeah! i can think in spanish but it’s something i have to force myself to do 😬
