Ran out of steam with this book. Best tip from the beginning is to keep a time diary of the day to find out where your hours are going and adjust from there.
I enjoyed her prose and encouragement, but I'm out of the "mad at career and watching the days slip" rut I was in, probably thanks to the first few chapters.
