This first chapter came in swinging. It already gave me that ache in my chest, and I can tell I’m going to suffer with this one.

Loving someone in vain. Who hasn’t? Falling for someone who doesn’t feel the same. Who hasn’t? Investing your time in something that was only temporary. Who hasn’t? These things always hurt, and I feel so bad for Ludwik having to go through this :(
