I like the honesty that the author uses in talking about life. In the part I have read so far, I really like the chapter titled "Toxic Positivity" in which she brings out that just being positive all the time is unrealistic, a facade. Truly experiencing life and the appropriate emotions that should accompany that season is better for us. And through it, we can find joy in little things.
