Finished the second book, Adulthood Rites, and I think I’m finally seeing the promise of this trilogy. At first, I felt a little lost, but I actually ended up liking the slow development. Now I’m pretty hyped for the last one. No idea when I’ll read it though ;)

Just finished the first book in the Lilith’s Brood trilogy and decided to take a little break before jumping into the second one. Not because I’m bored—far from it. It’s just that if I dive straight into the next book, I might end up rushing the experience and losing some of the joy I got from the first one. And honestly, I’d hate myself for that.
