ok so...carmilla has barely been present... so much about cora, now this accident. why are we killing off the woman who was probably also victim to henry's manipulations.. i thought the book would focus more on the love story between lenore and carmilla... instead its a lot/mostly about the toxic marriage between lenore and henry, and cora, and henry's job, the party preparations.
