I'm not sure if a book like this might give me nightmares, how is it?

It is harrowing and tragic. I am being brave. I read it in the library- I don't want to take it home. I saw it on the shelf and I wanted to understand why it happened. The book does answer this. It is sad that vulnerable people still suffer in our society - such as the grooming gangs for example. Knowing what we know - our are systems good enough to keep people safe. It is thought provoking.
