Antibiotics for what’s most likely a viral infection???? Also, this man has lived in the woods for 10+ years, alone, never gotten so sick he needed help (probably has immunity to everything at this point)… yet he gets incredibly sick now (with MC there), so much he’s hallucinating with the fever????
