Fun and sometimes(so unserious) yet heavy layered and interesting.

The line between what’s real and what’s fiction is blurred. At some point I didn’t know if it’s Chesterton poetic words or he in somehow let Syme tell this story by his own dreamy words.
*this feeling/experience reminds me so much of Paul Sheldon in Misery by Stephen King with his writing process.

It’s been so long since I went into a book completely blind^^
I had my reservations about it at first but I can say with confidence 3 chapters into it and it’s an absolute blast!!! Each chapter is a gem and I appreciate the little surprise at the end of each chapter.
*Gabriel Syme is iconic and he comes from an iconic family that enjoy doing iconic shit.
