The translation of the title is: "In Studio Ghibli - Working while having fun", and it's basically a biography from Toshio Suzuki as he was one of the founders of the studio and he speaks about how they came to be so far!

I'm still waiting for the "while having fun" part of working, because so far it's a lot of "and then we had to do a lot of stressful thing and sooooo much overtime hahaha" and that's not... exactly my notion of fun 🤣

Although maybe that's gonna come through later, I'm reading this one bit by bit before sleeping so the progress is slow!
