Crashing out bc I’m going to karate/sparring for two hours tonight and have to put my hair in braids and I have a MASSIVE headache and braids sound like torture😭
Days like this make me wanna chop off my hair so it’s not so heavy anymore😭

That's so real- I have jiu jitsu soon and my head hurts a little but I have to keep my hair up during class and my hair is super thick and curly lol

Oh that sounds horrid! I was unfortunately not blessed with beautiful thick hair so don't really know what it feels like. But I get headaches if my hair is up too tight so I can imagine heavy hair is not always fun!
