I am not at all surprised that the Marquis has favourites. Of course the competition is rigged as ever.
I am loving this story the more I read it. It is very vivid, well-written and fast-paced. I think I will definitely reread it.

Alright so Bo is not the Shadow…..though we can’t know that yet. He’s the son of the traitor prince still. Yet….how can they keep him in the palace?? Aren’t they like enemies with the royal family now?

I think the love interest just got revealed. I kinda suspect he might be the Shadow. But that would be too obvious, wouldn’t it? Plus, he appeared a small time right after the shadow on the roof.
