I feel like the marketing for this book is misleading, the waste of a good concept. The writing is straight up amateurish.

This improved after they got to the actual scaffold thing, but I can't help but wonder what a different author could have done with this concept.

I really wish this book had focused on building out the actual friendship between these women because it just doesn't feel real. At least we are getting to the actual scaffold plot finally.
