Well, Rhonda and "Bird" have had some interesting things happen to them, in just the last few chapters, to say the least.

At the beginning of Chapter 57. Rhonda is feeling a lot, lately, between her cases, her sister Barbara, also known as "Bird," Dave, and Troy, and do not get me started on Daisy, but I digress.

In the meantime, although I'm no longer 9 books ahead of schedule, if I complete reading this book before next Monday, August 31, 2026, that means I shall have completed reading 9 books during this month.

At the beginning of Chapter 31.

I think I'm taking too long to finish reading this book; then again, the same could be said for a few other books I'm currently reading, but I digress.

On the last page of Chapter 27.

Barbara "Baby" Bird is quite the pistol!!

At the beginning of Chapter 18.

I think I shall finish this book before the weekend.

We shall see.

I did not realize this is the second in this series, but since I began reading it yesterday, Monday, August 17, 2026, and since it sucked me right in, then I needed to go forward.

In any event, I definitely look forward to reading the first one in this series, titled "2 Sisters Detective Agency," also co-written by THE James Patterson and Candice Fox.
