She still won’t tell him how she feels about him! He’s grumpy all the time though so why does she like him? Because he has nice arms and can bake? It’s boring that what is keeping the couple apart is the FMC being too shy to share her feelings.

No character growth for FMC. She stays un-self-assured despite successfully bringing plants to life with magic past 50%. Also continues to chide herself for thinking about sex.

Very slow. Not loving it. The audiobook narrator is great though.
