Putting this here now because I’m usually blinded by great endings: the last 100 pages (maybe underestimated) have been the exact same plot for 4/5 of the protagonists. It’s become a slog. Abercrombie has always struggled to captivate me with his plots, but this is incredibly repetitive. It’s the same scenes, with the same people, in the same setting.
