i've read The Body, A Brief History of Nearly Everything, At home-- and have loved alll three... this one of him hiking the Appalachian Trail doesn't even feel like the same author. I hiked parts of the Appalachian trail in dead of winter for three months and was 12 and was not so unbearably negative. He says at one point "hamburger managers always look like their dad is goofy" who speaks about others like that? uhg
