If everyone adopts this “not me, them” mentality - i.e. assume others will shoulder the responsibility to reform and improve, do we not risk the chance of too many bright minds and deep pockets abandoning ship? And in the meantime would too many people be left to shoulder the burden who are not in the financial position to do so..?
