Its so heartbreaking that Rapunzel has been wrapped in Gothel's games and lies for 18 years that she expects and clings to those traits in other people she thinks everyone would say the same things as Gothel.
Good thing she has Eugene but GOD Gothel that NARCISSIST

Eugene and Rapunzel feel exactly the same,developed but just like themselves from the movie
I love it.
