It's a bit weird to think of Moira McTaggert as the villain of an X-series. She was an ally for so long. On the other hand, it makes perfect sense. The entire goal of her research has been eliminating the X-gene and allowing mutants to live as humans.
But James Monroe and Marcus Garvey are not the same person and they didn't have the same ideals.
