One off the tropes is slow burn and it's nowhere to be seen in this book. I mean it's very repetetive and every moment between them has been the same thing. The pacing is very bad because there is no buildup and everything is rushed so I don't have much hopes for how the 'arranged marriage' between them will work out because how is this a slow burn if they already share the povs of longtime lovers??
