I didn't expect to say this, but it's getting a bit of a drag to go through this book. For such a long book there isn't a lot of interesting storytelling and character development. Harry is a bit of an annoying adolescent at times. His interactions with Cho are cringeworthy, even for a teen. And Umbridge is so cruel and morally dubious, that it makes her an highly uninteresting shallow character.
