Man i really do not care for the prose here. It reads like a 17 year old trying to sound mature and poetic in their writing by whipping out a thesaurus and overusing pointless metaphors that don't even make sense half the time. Granted the metaphors being nonsensical could be a translation error, and the immature and pretentious writing style could be bc this is the MC's diary we're reading but still... eugh.
