I’m reading this one as an ebook. I’m still chugging along on Sound and the Fury but I wanted to try to fit one more in before classes start. So far the woman lost her daughter recently and she has Parkinson’s.

She’s taking a train to call on a favor from a friend that doesn’t have Parkinson’s. Apparently her daughter was found hanging from the bell of the local church, and the mom doesn’t think it was a suicide.
